Xmagica Holidays is a Kerala-based travel and hospitality parent brand operating from Kochi, Kerala, India. We create and support specialist brands including Black Pearl Cruise, Book Kochi and Perfect Kerala Holidays.
This policy applies to xmagicaholidays.com. Each brand website may publish its own privacy policy for the bookings, enquiries and services it handles.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

This corporate website is not presently a booking or payment platform. Xmagica Holidays does not collect or store card numbers, UPI credentials or online-banking passwords through this website.
If you follow a link to an Xmagica brand, payment gateway or another service provider, that party’s website, privacy notice and transaction terms will apply. Before accepting online payments, the relevant merchant brand will disclose its pricing, cancellation, refund and grievance process on its own checkout website.
5. When information may be shared
We do not sell personal information. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with:
- the relevant Xmagica brand when you ask about that brand’s service;
- trusted hosting, security, communications, analytics and professional service providers acting for us;
- government authorities, regulators or law-enforcement bodies where disclosure is legally required; or
- a successor organisation in connection with a genuine restructuring, merger or transfer of the relevant business.
